2. In your message, specify the type of product you are interested in, whether you have any inspiration (you can send it to me right away!), and if there is a specific deadline for when you need the product. If you don't have a concrete idea, I'd be happy to help you find one!
3. In my reply to your message, I will provide a price range, send you a drawn design, and specify the time required for completion.
4. Once all the details are agreed upon, I will ask for a deposit of 30% of the final amount. It is important to note that if you cancel the order after I have started working on it, the deposit will not be refunded. Please approach our collaboration thoughtfully!
5. At this point, the magic begins, wheels turn and tools get to work! Once the project becomes a finished product, I will send you photos on a mannequin for your approval. At this point, you can still make changes (within reason! If the changes you want to make are significant and time-consuming, I will inform you about an additional charge so that everyone knows where they stand, and I may suggest changes that can be made without extra fees!)
6. After receiving your approval, we will proceed to determine the shipping method. I will ask you to send the remaining amount, and your package will be shipped!
7. Once you receive your order, I'd love to hear your thoughts, and I'll gladly accept photos that (if you agree) I will publish on my Instagram (and I'll gladly tag you!)
