Shipping and delivery:

• How long does it take to process and ship an order?

All products are made after you place your order. Processing and shipping your order can take from 2 days to 2 weeks. If you are unsure whether your order will arrive for a special occasion, please contact me via email, and I will do my best to ship your order as quickly as possible!

• Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is possible via the Etsy platform or a private message on Instagram/email.

• What materials is the jewelry made from?

All products are made of stainless steel!

• Is the jewelry suitable for allergy sufferers?

Yes! Stainless steel can be worn by allergy sufferers and people with sensitive skin.

• How to care for your jewelry?

Stainless steel jewelry should be wiped with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove sweat and dust. Avoid contact with strong detergents and store it separately to prevent scratches. From time to time, rinse your jewelry in warm (not hot!) soapy water and dry it thoroughly!

• Do you make custom products?

Yes! I would be delighted to prepare a personalized design for you. Contact me via email or Instagram.

• Are jewelry alterations possible?

Yes! If you need to personalize the length of a necklace/bracelet, the size of a ring, or change the earring base, contact me via email or Instagram. These changes are free of charge!
